  • Use the username and password created at client registration to log into your account.

    If you have forgotten your password, you can follow the steps in Therapy Appointment to reset your password.

  • After you log in, a "launch" button will appear in the portal 15 minutes before your scheduled session. For example, if your session is scheduled at 1:30, the launch button will become available at 1:15.

    Once you join, you will be in a waiting area until the clinician joins the session then you will need to click another button to join.

  • Therapy Appointment offers support on their website. We recommend everyone log into their account and run a test prior to any telehealth appointments as well as when using a new device.

  • The client portal hosts many features:

    • HIPAA Compliant

    • Intake paperwork

    • A list of future and past appointments

    • Setup up text/email appointment reminders

    • Pay copays and balances with credit/debit card

    • Print statements for HSA, your personal records, or to mail payments

    • Access to telehealth sessions
