15 MINUTE CONSULATION - FREE
Let’s talk. During this initial consultation, we’ll have the opportunity to get to know each other, discuss what you’re looking to work on in therapy, and I'll provide you with an overview of my approaches so we can ensure they match exactly what you need. If you have any questions about my services, this is the perfect time to bring them up.
-
INITAL SESSION - 60 MINUTES - $130
In our initial session, we'll take the time to establish a firm foundation of familiarity and understanding with one another. You don’t need to practice or rehearse what to say. I’ve got you covered and will structure the session with room to cover the basics and what’s important to you. Through open communication and active listening, we'll explore your current standing, identify your goals, and discuss any potential challenges standing in your way toward progress. We will work closely to chart a personalized roadmap tailored to your needs and guide you on achieving what's important to you.
-
ON GOING SESSIONS - 55 MINUTES - $125
Throughout your therapy journey, we will coordinate our sessions based on your goals, availability, and ongoing needs. As we progress, we may adjust from weekly meetings to biweekly or even monthly appointments as you feel comfortable and make progress toward reaching your milestones. Regardless of the frequency, please know that I will remain a consistent source of support and guidance every step of the way and am devoted to helping you succeed at every stage.
